CARA Medical Aesthetics practitioners are qualified medical professionals registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). All treatments are delivered in accordance with professional guidelines and evidence-based practice.

By booking an appointment with CARA Medical Aesthetics, you agree to the following booking and cancellation terms:

• Consultation fees: A consultation fee may be required at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable against treatment if you proceed.
• Cancellation notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows: Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-show fees may apply, and any deposit or consultation fee will be forfeited.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment time may be shortened, or we may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other patients.
• Right to refuse treatment: Our practitioners reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if, in their professional judgement, it is not appropriate to proceed. This may include medical contraindications, unrealistic expectations, or concerns about patient wellbeing.

All prices listed on this website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, though any price quoted at the time of your consultation will be honoured.

Payment is accepted via card (processed securely through Stripe), bank transfer, or cash. Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds for treatments already administered are not available, as aesthetic treatments cannot be reversed once delivered. If you have concerns about your treatment results, please contact us to arrange a follow-up appointment.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase provided the item is unopened and in its original condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CARA Medical Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services.
