How does the membership work?+
Your membership is a monthly subscription that includes your listed benefits each calendar month. Your monthly facial can be booked at any time during the month, and your discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months to allow you to experience the full benefits of regular treatments. After the initial period, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?+
Yes, you can change your membership tier at any time. Changes take effect from the start of your next billing cycle. Simply contact us to arrange the switch.
What happens if I miss my monthly treatment?+
We understand that life gets busy. If you are unable to attend your monthly treatment, please let us know in advance. Unused treatments do not roll over to the following month, so we encourage you to book ahead to secure your preferred time.
Can I use my discount alongside other offers?+
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or packages. However, your membership discount applies to all standard-priced treatments and products as specified in your plan.
How do I cancel my membership?+
